Система заключения сделок по менее ликвидным ценным бумагам на Лондонской фондовой бирже (London Stock Exchange), которая начала функционировать в ноябре 1992 г. Эта система заменила систему Биржи “для компаний из бюллетеня” (Company Bulletin Board Service), вступившую в действие в апреле 1992 г., и разрешила официальную регистрацию физических лиц в качестве “делателей рынка” (market makers).
